The hearing aid manufacturers are offering a direct repair service for your hearing aids. You can send your aids directly to your manufacturer, they will be cleaned and checked but there will be a charge for any component replacement unless the hearing aids are under warranty.
Make sure the hearing aids are well wrapped up, send them special delivery and include your return postal address:
